There’s a white kitty that’s stuck on the facade or porch of our building.

She just wont come down by herself because of the husky and terrier and one more dog who had entrapped her there and were barking for I don’t know maybe hours.(we weren’t home until an hour and a half ago ). we are all very sleepy now. Any ideas how to lure cat down? She looks terribly pitiable by the way.
