you could ask your parents to hire a dietitian? A friend of mine recently did that. If you want to lose it you basically just got to start exercising as much as possible and go on a diet. there is no easier way unfortunately..

The best thing to do is go to your doctor and speak to him about a health plan. Work out your diet, it could just be that you’re not eating enough fruit/veg and too much of other foods. He/she can also tell you whether or not you’re in a healthy weight range (this does depend on how tall you are etc) other than this, just get active. Walk/cycle everywhere you can, take up swimming (swimming is one of the best overall exercises)The main thing is that by doing this you’ll start to feel so much better and fitter, this will show both physically and emotionally, giving you more confidence!

Look at food and exercise as positive things, you’re feeding your body to be strong and healthy and exercising to strengthen your bones and give yourself energy so you can start to enjoy your body, the worst thing you can do is hate how you look and how your body is, you’ll end up miserable, now is a good time to start loving it, treat it well and you’ll see the results.

If you want to do it the healthy way, and want to maintain your new weight when you stop dieting you shouldn’t do much more than 1 kg a week, so that’s 9 kg in two months.

Also if you combine healthy eating with exercise you might /gain/ weight: muscle is heavier! (but looks better)

I guess if you want it to be succesful you should ask a nutritionist.

And don’t go on a diet! It’s far more effective to change your eating habits completely, then you won’t feel deprived and you can’t ’slip back’ into your old ways.

Diets are notorious for messing up peoples relationship with food, food is good and should be seen as food for the body to give it the strength and nutrition it needs. Changing your attitude towards food overall means you will always eat well and won’t have to worry about maintaining, an active and healthy lifestyle will do that for you.
