Good luck! It’s good you realize that it’s a lifestyle change. I’m also trying to change some factors about my body, but it’s just weight loss and measurement wise. Help’s always here if you need it. :)

The pic of the girl from the tumblr account is way too thin. The rest are healthy and athletic. If you want to lose a little bit of weight and get into an exercise regimen at the same time, I will support you all the way. But I don’t think you are that fat to be honest. Building some lean muscle will actually make you gain weight, but only slightly. Perhaps 3-4 pounds. Don’t concentrate so much on your weight. It is only a number that represents how much the earth’s gravity is pulling down on you. Find satisfaction in other numbers; 50 pull-ups, 75 push-ups, etc.

Oh. And remember this is a marathon, not a sprint. Slow and steady progress will let you keep the momentum. Set a goal. 8,10, 12 months from now. Not 12 days….

Get a personal trainer though, :/ otherwise you’ll motivation in the middle (happens in 9 out of 10 cases )
