So if the president has lifted up ban on clothes does

that mean we can import clothes ,shoes and bags in any quantity or do we still need to pay duty fee on each item?

like every other president/politician?

Anyhoo - IF he did, it would merely lift the prohibition - they would still tax it to hell! So the duty would remain (most likely)
