Deciding to go to college for a BA in business.

This is a big step and I’m really nervous….i don’t know what to expect at all….i know im going to face the challenge of paying for it but I’m going to check out scholarships and loans….i am just worried that I’m going to get buried in the craziness….

I guess what I’m asking is, what should I expect? Is business a really hard course?

Personal college experiences would also be helpful :) thank you all!!!

I’ll be you want a good education so you can get a good job.

Well, that’s not the right way to think about it.

You need a good education so you can go into business for yourself. That means entering a profession like law, or accounting, or medicine.

If you work for somebody else, you’re just “Christmas help” until the next layoff comes.

Work for yourself. Nobody’s ever fired themselves!

With a BA in business I can open my item business.
I’m mainly doing it so I can understand the business aspect of things and hope it helps me with my music career.

if you’ve read my previous posts you’d know I’m not exactly good at conflicts so law is out. I can’t handle blood or anything like that so meikle is out. And accounting falls under the business degree.

I doubt it.
I guess that studies at an academy of music / conservatoire could be much more helpful for your music career.
