maybe your one of those horrible people (like my bro) who never gain an ounce of fat and stay slip regardless of eating full english brekkie and dominoes pizza amost everyday.
on a serious note, why are you over eating now? what is causing it? and how much have you put on in the last 8 months?

i thought it was because i have a fast metabolism for a while, and then i realized that it was because i just wasnt eating at all. id eat one freaking hot dog and be full for a good 12 hours. at first i started forcing myself to eat more because i didnt like looking anorexic but the past 8 months ive been pretty stressed so i go back and forth from eating a TON to eating like i used to when i was little. at least 11 pounds, probably more. which doesnt seem like a lot, buti am quite short (and im not going through a growth spurt either)
ive been in the exact same situation before. you may not find this helpful but…i started to read about anatomy and nutrition and i realized how amazing our bodies are and how they deserve the best. so i toned up by eating right and working out. i like the way i look now more than the way i looked when i was “anorexic” (what my friends and family called me). anyways, good luck!!

you’d be full or just not eat? i understand how stress can change eating habits, unfortunately i tend to eat more when im stressed :(
try eating small meals 5 times a day. use smaller plates so it looks like your having more. this will drive your matabolism. and dont forget to have breakfast. that is important, it kickstart your matabolism when its high. not at lunch time when its much lower. if you havent gained 30 pounds in eight months im sure it wont appear on you in a week
dont take your weight for granted, try to eat sensible, exercise and you should be able to maintain the weight you want.
Most women suffer from this issue socially and privately. Truth be told any girl would feel what you feel whether she’s 200 pounds and fears gaining anymore or she’s 100 pounds and fears gaining another pound. I just want to point out that this issue with food that I and most of the people I know deal with is not an issue with food its an issue with ourselves. We dont trust ourselves nor our bodies to do what we want because frankly even what we want isn’t clear. When we’re thin we question why we’re so thin and when we’re “fuller” we question why we gained so much weight.
Im saying this from experience I fear the unknown and our bodies are unknown to us we cannot control our health or our weight we can only hope and wish that what we’re doing is good for it. I think that you should try and curb your anxiety before you start questioning your mouth or your scale.
Hope you find somewhere you can feel comfortable

Im scared of getting fat.
I know a lot of you will snicker at this. im 16, 5′3 and only like 90 or so pounds. (which is vey much so underweight) but im scared to gain anymore weight. Especially now that ive been eating like a maniac the past 8 months. I dont want to get big. I complained about being small for a long time, but now that theres a risk of me being even close to where i should be at, im terrified. This never even crossed my mind until just recently. and when i went to the doctors a few months ago, the doctor said she thought the reason i would binge eat then not eat for a while was because of my anxiety issues. When you dont eat it releases a chemical that relaxes the brain. I agreed, up until now. Now i dont really want to keep eating like i have been. Im about 15 pounds underweight and i dont really want to be average. ive never been like this, but now i kinda like being underweight. hmph. the things that go through the mind or morgan O.e…very intriguing.
