I need help.

I have to write a book analysis on a book that I can’t seem to grasp. I have slight attention problems but they are kicking in super bad right now. Every time I try to read a paragraph I just can’t retain the information, how can I analyze a book I am having so muchtrouble with?

with regards to the paragraph thing and not being able to retain info, try sitting still in a chair for 20 minutes and doing nothing. just listen to the sounds of the room (or lack of sounds depending on your scenario). just become present. kinda like a meditation if you will, but with your eyes open. it’s a lot harder to do than it sounds but trust me it works. guarantee you’ll be able to read after that.

or maybe not guarantee.. but that’s what i’d do at least. worth giving it a shot imo
