Can i just ask something?

Just something that’s just dawned on me (from reading some blokes blog) but is the only attempt to create multi-culturism an equality in the world by encouraging racial and cultural diversity in white countries? Are there any attempts to increase diversity in africa or asia? Or build christian churches in islamic countries like saudi arabia? Japan for example has a 98% japanses majority, i don’t hear anyone complaining about their lack of diversity; no one calls their society racist. Do tell me if i’m wrong.
Would it not makes sense to not encourage diversity in any country cos they’ll always be racism if they’re the minority, no amount of government policies education can change that if you don’t get on a one-to-one basis with a member of that minority; and unless they increase in number for most this won’t happen and as they increase in number the slight majority will feel threatened.
Also there’s a lot of charities for the ethnic minorities cos (and i do not deny) they go through more hardship and racism, and more by percentage live in slums than whites. But there are none for whites are there? We still see racism from asians and black people (though when it comes to media coverage they don’t even seems to dwell on the possibility of rasicm as much as they would when the situation is turned around. Surely in a non-racist world the colour of your skin wouldn’t matter whether you’re black or white if you’re a single mother who can’t pay the heating bills and your child’s underachiving in school. In a video of a sociological study i watched at college they were focusing on black teenage boys underachieveing, they talked about lack of male role model at home and the idolisation of streetgangs members; nothing different to what white teen boys experience.
Also we don’t hear much of the white racism and racial tension in south africa when i’m sure every race and country in the world in aware of how terrible whites are to blacks in america and how evil we were for enslaving them in the past; ingnoring the fact every race has been enslaved and every race is guilty of racism. There’s never any mention of white slavery in our national curriculum.
I kind of believe it is not in our nature to be up-and-cuddly with other races. I mean, unless you’re around them from a young age you may feel some sort of difference. But fact is blacks stay in groups with other blacks, asians in groups of other asians and whites in groups with other whites.
Is this attempt to create equality creating a lot of unfairity?
And apparently for the whole planet whites are a minority at only 15%!(though this is only taken from wiki answers so…)

Well, I don’t know many specifics, but it’s refreshing to see someone using their own brain to think about these things. That doesn’t particularly mean that the answers you come up with are better than the dogmatic nonsense from the various warring political factions, but at least you’re trying to focus on the real issues and should be able to learn and keep coming up with better and better beliefs about it, as opposed to all the normal debaters you see who are defending one dumb position or other.

I think the word “racist” is used too much. If you like people that are the same race as yourself, more so than any other race, then you are a racsist. That goes for Red, Yellow, Black and White. Except for a few, that is what most people prefer. Liberalism and an open society are what makes the quest for equaliy in America so prevalent. There have been many in-equalities forced on white Americans in the name of equality. All with the attempt to make up for past injustices. I for one have never owned a slave, my ancestors did not own slaves. I know of no discrimination that I, or any past or present family member, has inflicted upon another human being. With that said shouldn’t I be entitle to an exemption?
