very Annoying…


someone i work with is so quiet makes me feel awkward cause she doesnt say anything makes no effort i always make the convo, yes ano ppl canni help if there shy & quiet but u should make some kind of effort, anyone know what i mean?

Just keep saying hello. Everytime you see her. After a few weeks of doing this. She will become a bit more comfortable. Talking to you every now and then. Just give her a little time. To warm up to a friendly sole. I’m quite myself. She’s not giving you the silent treatment on purpose. Believe me.

well shes been there for ages ,very frustrating when you u try & she says a couple of words then thats it, worse when u have the same lunch time as her, make me feel awkward.I can be shy & quiet sometimes but least i make a bit of effort>

I wouldn’t worry about it. If they don’t feel like making some kind of effort, they may or may not have other issues going on. Who knows? Everyone has their own degrees of introversion. It could be possible she doesn’t feel comfortable making conversations.

I’m not very helpful here, I’m a naturally awkward person.
