would i look bad with really short hair?

okay so i have really bad dead ends from dying my hair all the time so i want to get it chopped really short but i dont think it would look good?

this is what i look like.. please dont start stuff about me being fat. I already realize this and im working on losing weight -

would i look bad since im big? should i just suck it up and deal with my shaggy dead hair? :( i already tried deep conditioning and all that and even getting the ends cut off..
