I’m going on holiday and want to lose a bit of weight only problem is I’m hypothyroid which means its really hard to lose weight.
it a beach holiday so i obviously want to wear bikini and not feel crap about myself. I’m not really fat…. just a tad on the large side. but its hard for me to lose weight because of my condition so does anyone have any really effective diet tips? or even good tips to tone up muscles so i don’t wobble!!
im not being ridiculous my holiday is in 3 months so i have a bit of time to work on it I’m not trying to lose 2 stone in like a week!!
any tips or advice would be amazing :) x
