I didn’t go to my 20 yr HS reunion..

Mostly because I am embarrassed that I am an almost 40 yr old single mother struggling to raise my son, I still don’t have a home (I mean own one) I still don’t have a husband or a career…or even a JOB at the moment..I still drive a piece of sh!t car (I love it and it runs, but I really need a new one)..just kinda feeling like a loser..

It’s hard when you limit yourself because of shame or low self-esteem. Maybe if you feel better about yourself you can contact some of your old friends anyway and make up your own reunion? Like a small one. Just an idea…

I wouldn’t feel like a loser. On the bright side, I’m sure there are people who are doing worse from your class…not sure if that helps, but just something to think about.
