I agree that it sucks, chocolate seems to make the pain better. I have it pretty bad the first two days. Some women get lucky and barely notice it, but on the other end of the spectrum it can be extreme.

If men had periods they would have made it mandatory to be not only off, but paid overtime for those days each month. Women would have to be running around all over town nursing them all back to health.

i know!

i usually get super sore boobs the week leading up to it but this time it just came. the only thing really wrong is i feel tired and grumpy. glad im not working tho

Yeah that is the worst to have to work when you feel like that, because it is not acceptable to call in for such things normally. I had to work like that and nearly passed out from the pain. It is always nice to be able to stay in bed with a heat pad and sleep if possible.
Tired and grumpy is not to bad just stay away from people who get on your nerves.

So sorry…..I had a pigeon unload on my hair at a fine dining resturant outside on the patio…..Ithe poor waitress did not know what to do and was looking at me to see how I was going to responde. I polietly asked for a napkin and started laughing.

What else are you going to do…….I did leave her a good tip.

I’m sorry. That was me yesterday, and I’ve found that large cups of tea and coffeeish beverages help. Hopefully next time Mother Nature calls ahead of time before rudely arriving by surprise.
