Preoccupy yourself with something else, like a hobby. If the break up was painful then deleting them from your life is gonna be hard because of how much they impacted you and meant to you. Take everything one step at a time.

Hmmm that is a tough question. U keep yourself occupied. Why would you is my question? Because that will change the answer. Like if that person in. Relationship or doesn’t love you, you have to move on. Life is short and you can’t make someone love you… See it All depends…
