We’ve had a box for 6 months that we’ve been paying for but haven’t used.
Tried to set it up today so that my child who has a medical issues and must be isolated can watch tv. I’ve explained this and have still been on hold for almost a half hour! They needed to make sure the monthly payment is on it’s way first - even though my account has always been paid - and considering we’ve been paying for a box that we’ve never used for six months!! I’m very upset! No one there really seems to care about me business! I don’t have any more time to wait for them!
