I need help, my best friend/roommate and I got drunk

and he wanted to box I was just going to let him hit me a couple of times and throw a couple of punches. He ended up taking it too far and tried to beat me senseless at the time I laugh because I thought we were still just boxing, but he ended up taking it too far and kicked me in the side of the head while I was on the ground, after that he kept hitting me I told him it was enough cause he was getting too serious he didn’t stop it didn’t really hurt physically but he broke an oath of brotherhood and said” good luck finding a ride home *****” should I beat his *** to retrieve my honor or should I be the better person and let him have this one?

How about calling the police and reporting the battery?

Er, I think staying away from this person would be best.

Human bestiality!
Yes do it again. Put up flyers… Charge admission… Post a Youtube video of the event. Sell DVD’s…. Get asked to appear on sleazy talk radio shows…. Make us ALL proud!

Your “best friend” has some real problems.

I dunno . . . did you land some punches, too? Is that why he called you what he did and stranded you? Or was he just totally out of it?

If you reported it, it’d be a case of “He said - He said.” It’d look like two mutual combatants. You could even be charged with battery yourself!

Alcohol changes people’s personality. But this guy appears to have an inner mean streak, whether he is drunk or sober. This guy should never drink another drop in his entire life! God help the woman he marries when he gets drunk!

Lose this guy–real friends don’t kick their friends in the head. I think he has aggression issues. He’s definitely “not right.”

Don’t have anything else to do with him. If you’re a roommate, then move out. Remember: he is NOT your best friend. He’s someone with a serious problem. Sooner or later one of two things is going to happen to him: (1) he is going to get in trouble with the law, or (2) he’s going to run into somebody who’s really going to clean his clock and send him either to the emergency room or the morgue.

Stay away . . . get away, or you will one day probably have to use deadly force to protect yourself!
