My friend lost me 100 dollars.

I’m still a student, and that was part of what little bonus I could besides my own savings. Circumstances show that it was a genuinely honest mistake. We’ve been friends for about 3 years but I’m really frustrated and don’t know what to do…

You should forgive him. It’s just money and I think your relationship is worth more than that. However it would be nice if your friend offered to pay you back, but by the sounds of it i doubt this friend has the funds.

I would forgive your friend, but take a lesson for the future. I NEVER lend money and expect it back. That way, if I don’t get it, I’m not upset. And if I do get it back it is a nice surprise.

How did your friend lose you money? If you loaned it to him you lost it. How did he come to control your money? He either stole it or you gave it to him.
