Hi Yes I do know of one. If you are open minded. I assume that you are a guy from the name you have, but may be wrong.
Either way this is a position that sometimes both men and women are welcome into. Than is being a Nanny live in rent free, with many perks and salary. You can save your income and live well nearly anywhere you would like. Nanny pay is from 10 35 per hour or higher dependent upon skills. There are tons of families seeking someone to care for there kids. If that sounds way out there for you there are other male dominated roles in the high end service fields of working in a private home. Driving professionally for a family being a houseman, and other things line up with free rent high salaries and working in mansions. East coast is better for that sort of thing, so if you are flexible and willing to spend some time saving up money you should have no problem.

Don’t be picky! There are jobs, but maybe not customized for BA arts in film graduates …

To work in your field requires that you know somebody on the “inside.” If you don’t, then you can hang it up on the wall . . . unless, of course, you get a movie camera and do your own “Blair Witch Project” kind of thing. And you really could do that, if you wanted to!

Retail is a dead-end job. The pay is about the lowest there is, and you usually don’t have two days off in a row and you work every holiday, including Christmas.

In your position, I’d join the military before I’d work retail. You could even become an electronic journalist, and get some real world experience under your belt.

But retail? No thanks. Did that and got the T-shirt for it!

By the way, the most useless degree out there is a master’s in fine arts. Don’t get roped into getting one of those!

I know Zirbel but no one is really hiring me. I have tried getting an internship but even they haven’t called back! WHo doesn’t want free labor.
