Thought help: amazon seller delivery? - Help.com

amazon seller delivery?

I am new to Amazon Seller. I have just sold an item, but at the side of the order, there is a button saying “Buy delivery” and I have to enter in all the weights and everything about the item.

I don’t understand how to use it though? I only have a personal account. I am not a company. I do not have scales to weigh an item. How am I expected to correctly enter that information?

Can I not just go to the Post Office and post it that way? - I have the buyers address of course. I thought that’s how it worked anyway?

It’d be much easier for me to go to the Post Office, pay for it all there, and then for them to send it. Not for me to some how guess the weight of the package, and get it sent some other way.

Can I send through the Post Office? How does “Buy Delivery” work? Or do I cancel the order?

thanks!
