Im making a website using 1And1, how the heck do i upload files through the office driver manager?

I need to somehow take stuff from my computer and put it onto my website but i have no idea how to do that, I want to put an Oekaki board [CHIBIPAINT] on a page on my site, any help?

Depends on many different things: Is it your own domain? Have you access by FTP to your directory etc. etc.

Just add the file(’s) to your download page on your web browser. Then change the reciveing name to your “website url” then put a “/” then “ip address”
