there are places where you dont need to pay, they are just helping you because they want to, not for the money. you should look around on the internet. it will be tough if you want to quit, but i hope you the best.

you’ll have to make new friend, because if you stay with those who want to use heroin, you wont quit. my friend is smoking weed every day and when i was with him i smoked too. i realized it is bad for me, i cant do that, but every time i met him we surely got baked. and later when didnt met so many times, i didnt smoke that much.

* i used to smoke every day, and now is smoke 3, 4 times a month or less

Surely any doctor is cheaper than buying heroin.
Quit and use the same money for the doctor.

Where do you live? I can find a health clinic near you that will probably get you methadone or something to ease the pain. Although really you are not physically addicted. Once a week is more of a psychological addiction and what you need is a change of scenery and new friends. Delete your dope contacts from your phone and get a hobby.

I’m very sorry for this addiction I’ve known many to suffer with a Heroin habbit and i’ve seen waht it can do, your best bet is to go to a clinic and they can get you onto either Methadone or Subutex to help you gradually get over it. I wish you all the best.
