How can you help someone if you are the one that needs help? Therefor, always eat the healthy foods of life so that you feel alive and able. Don’t pain yourself for if you do, you are eating the unhealthy foods. If you are helplessly poisoned, how then can you care for someone else when their time might be devoted to healing you?

Jesus’s death may have healed others but that was to help us so if we put ourselves through pain, then we are not accepting that his sacrifice was the only one needed.

Well, to respond to your rhetorical question about how to help someone if you are the one who needs help, that is life, and in a smaller way, that is this site. People who need help seek help here but don’t tend to get much help unless they help others. This is how society in general also is, though there may be ways to transcend reciprocity completely, tap into the source of all goodness and only assist others without ever accepting assisance.

that sounds quite true but I think ‘help’ can be a bit ambiguous in the context of this site, I guess help can usually boil down to meaning a reply with some suggestions about what to do but the thing is I think most people actually know themselves what they need so.. I don’t know what i’m saying here. but thanks for replying.
