I am obsessed with The Game Of Thrones.

I have dreams about them, I dream I am one of the characters, I cant think of anything else but that, I keep watching the episodes over and over and keep doing quizes online to see which family I should belong with or which character I am. I think I need help because I cant stop

Well there isn’t anything wrong with being obsessed as long as it isn’t interfering with your school or work. If it is interfering with your life then I’d recommend avoiding it as much as you can, including not watching it. I would also consider talking to a professional about it as they will be able to help you better with quitting the addiction.

My mom read the books. It looks like a neat show. Maybe you should spend time outside or with friends.
