I finally have proof that my mom is abusive, only one issue

I gained access to her email, is there a way for me to get her password well the account is logged in? It has everything I need to prove she has done a number of things including

Slander
Breaking and entering
trespassing
theft
Mental, physical and emotinal abuse of a minor
Neglect
Assault

and many more, She has this computers HD copied once a month so i cant email copies or anything of the type

Forwards are tracked by her email, screen shots are easily trace-able a HD copy shows everything that has been copied, saved, dowloaded, looked at, etc etc, everything.
I need to hack through yahoo to get her password, getting it from the inside…trojan horse style

Zirbel youve been following this situation for the last year and a half, im desprate. This is the only way to prove that she is doing this, the fact that she laughed about it via email with her friends

Just my mom, I thought we were getting along better, but a new email is in her saying that i was a idiot and a failure, 2 things my dad admires in humans
