i was raped.

is it too late to report it?

two years ago i was 14 and i started dating a guy who was 22

he ended up moving in with me and we lived in the same house for like 6 months

during that time he had sex with me a lot

after a while he dumped me and left. i dunno maybe i was getting 2 old or something

we just saw his name in the paper because he won a raffle and my mom is saying i need to press charges and sue him for raping me all those times

but i think it is too late?

i r4corded it a few times without him knowing on webcam and still have the videos and my mom wants me to take those to the cops but that would be too embarassing.

what can i and what should i do?

No, it is NOT to late at all!
I think, that the best would be to bring in a lawyer and to let do him the report of the rape in your name and with your video proofs.

Do it. Get his cash and put him in jail… he stole your childhood.

He will go to jail but your mom could also go to jail for allowing it to happen in the first place. I’d be very careful. Plus it doesn’t sound like he raped you when you say “dated”, it sounds more like you wanted it and were willing.

Anytime a 14 year old has sex with a 22 year old it is rape. She was not of the age of consent and he was more than 4 years older than her. Statutory rape maybe, but rape nonetheless. He will have to register with the FBI and local governments and not live near a school etc. etc. etc…

You dodged the mom part I mentioned though, from the sounds of it she knew it was happening.

Honestly I think it is up to you. You had sex with the man. He didn’t force you. The most it could be is stagitory rape. Also you need to be careful. If you have videos of this you could be in trouble for possession of child porn….. If he knew about the vids then he could be charged with that too….it’s all very technical….talk to a lawyer our someone that really knows the laws in that situation. There are lawyers that you can call annonymously and just ask for advice. Look into that…make sure you don’t leave anything out tho….the guys lawyer WILL find out everything you leave out…be careful.

Also make sure you are doing this for the right reasons….not for the money…do it because it is the right thing to do…..

Why in the hell would the mother of a 14 year old let her daughter date a 22 year old man? It is her fault as much as yours and his…
