girl help: I don’t look or act like a 20 year old girl. - Help.com

I don’t look or act like a 20 year old girl.

People have confused me for a 15 or 16 year old… due to my childlike personality, and my petite stature. I’m very shy, and it is hard for me to speak up or defend myself. I took jiu jitsu in hopes that it would toughen me up, but I was too unassertive there as well. At work, my employer and employees call me the “little one” because I’m a year younger than them. I have no problems with looking or feeling young, but it is being unassertive and feeling as if my childish personality is getting in the way of being emotionally mature.

I just turned 20 last week. I feel no big difference at all. The only thing different is that I’m one year from being legal to bars, clubs, and casinos.

I’d call that lucky, when you hit your 20s you don’t wanna look your age I look about 25-26 coz of the makeup, false eyelashes and fake tan I wear.
