Need help trying to find an app on the android market?
Its like instagram on the iPod im looking for like photo editor were u can important a picture from the internet then tar it put it over someone’s face change the image size to fit the person face im doing a project an would like to know if there’s a tool for mobile phones or if I have to get on the main computer.
