Depends on the day, during the week around 10p-12a my kids go down at 7p (1yr) and 930 (7yr) and then on the weekends I go to bed around 12a-2a and the kiddos same time for the 1 year old, the 7 year old stays up till 10.

Well I don’t know how old you are now or if you have kids, but me getting to go to bed early (10p) is a god send for me. I used to hate going to bed early too, but now I’d pay to do it if I could.

i’m 18 years old.of course i should go to bed early sometimes such as when i have to go to college.
