Im a 20 year old female and i feel like i cannot control

my stress and anxiety, i cannot even let a normal day go by without freaking out, i have breakdowns daily where i go into dispare and even when things seem to be going well i find myself stressing that i should be stressing about something, or just waiting for the next thing in my life to go bad. is there anything i can do to get out of this painful routiene?

im struggling with my job i feel that my mangager is bullying me and other staff members, she has had quite a few of the staff in tears becuase of the way she treats us like crap

You need learn how to relaxs…it no good for you..my husand is like that.
You are too young to be stress out.
Looking for what make you happy…looking for who you are..
Seat have green tea and relax try to dring everyday before you go to bed.
Try not to take pill..
Try to fine something you like to do..
Hang in there you will be ok..

There is a solution to virtually all of the problems out there.

Define the problem, decide the possible courses of action, and select the best one.

There are a number of ways to deal with the bullying problem at work. Why don’t you tell us what you think are the best ways to handle it?

go to the doctor and tell him whats going on and get some anxiety pills and also go get a diagnosis from a psychologist sounds like somethings going on you need help with right away
