The loss of a child.
I just had to attend the funeral for a child who was struck by a drunk driver…
The family is devastated, of course…and it is terrible to see…
This has got to be the worst thing imaginable….:(

i feel the saddest thing is when a human loose all his hopes who want to die who ignore the possibilities in front of him who want to die just because he think he is in pain today..he ignore that every secound is a chance to change the world with kindness love hopes hardwork etc…

Dont loose hopes friends :)

I think the saddest thing.
Is when we mistreat each other.

The minds of the sick sadden me. Not sick in the sense of mental illness but people like sadists or just those unwilling to consider other opinions. Child/human trafficking id also rather sad.

I think there’s an ocean of sadness, or at least a river, and it’s right under the surface of things, and anywhere I walk I might accidentally fall down a hidden hole into a river of sadness. Or someone might even push me and laugh as I splash into tears. So I try to be careful in how I walk and how close I get to people, and if I start drowning in sadness I try to swim to the shore or at least tread water or go with the current rather than trying to swim upstream against the power of the sadness stream.

Here is a mythic description of the river of sadness, if anyone needs to know about that: http://www.theoi.com/Khthonios/Potamo…

I’ll have to call in some special contractors to make sure all of your ground is nice and solid beneath you.
