How to use FRAPS?

This is funny. I just got fraps because I want to record Minecraft Gameplay. If you say there is a better recorder, please notify me. But I DO NOT have money to buy one, so a gameplay recorder w/ no lag and full version free. All I want to kinda know is how to start recording with Fraps xD
