and actually Technically I believe it would be legal so long as I don’t have Bad Company 2 installed at the same time as him, and vice versa.

I don’t see why you can’t trade serial numbers.. I originally paid for Bad Company 2. so really it’s just like trade and barter.

I bought the game, and the person trading me their BF3 serial bought the game too.

So we both paid for the game.
