Is it normal to hate/ despise someone so much?

That you really don’t care if there alive or not at this point? Or do I sound crazy for hating someone so much?

It’s not uncommon or unhealthy I think. But when it goes from “I don’t care if their alive” to “I want them dead” then you need to worry.

Yes it’s normal. Not healthy to hold onto that much anger
You need to just forget about that person

Just do not let it consume you. Let you anger and feelings of hate out in a healthy way, do not keep them bottled up. Hit a local gym up and run that frustration out or hit a punching bag etc.

Not physical, more like mentally. He just wasn’t there for me in life, he left me and my family when I was 5. He’s a stupid addict and alcoholic. The last time I seen him in court, he said he’s trying to get a new life and support his new family, there me and my sisters was just in the past, and he need to focus on the current. Making me think of the past is making me more angry! Now im going to see him in Court again. Ugh i don’t want to see him.
