If you are a Christian, I would not suggest it.
Jesus Christ does Miracles. Magic is Not a true game.

ok…. Im not sure I get where your going with this post..??? you mean like sawing people in half or making the statue of liberty dissapear? or are you talking about the card game? or ??
The title of the post implies that you are suggesting we don’t be Christian.
This reminds me of that movie where the kid couldn’t play football and he had flashbacks of his mom saying, “Football is the Devil!!!” — which makes sense, it’s just people beating each other up, probably training for lives of hatred, but in the movie it was funny because it was judging a standard cultural thing by private religious values.
so you wouldnt reccomend card tricks to christians? you wouldnt reccomend being a christian who saws people in half? (that sounds painful to me but I digress) could you elaborate just a little on what you wouldnt reccomend??
Hey, you’re wrong.
Magic The Gathering is a good game if you know how to play it.
You can make your own Magic The Gathering cards, here: http://www.constructacard.com/
If your personal magic figures are beings like God the Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, you can easily represent them on cards.
Turning it into a competetive game isn’t what I would do, but that’s a standard way that religions operate in the world, competing even against the sect across the street.
I started making a HelpBot card on one of those construct-a-card sites, but you have to type stuff so I got bored.
My answer to Reciprocity is That I believe in Jesus Christ. And He stands for the truth of everything. If you do not believe that, then where is your salvation.

Maybe you should pray to Jesus about this “Magic” situation then. How does he feel about you criticizing things you know nothing about?

Salvation from what and for what???
Didn’t Jesus already saved the whole of mankind by dying for everybody? Because he finally realized that it’s really impossible to change people and to “enlighten”everybody to follow the bible and stuff.
So seeking salvation is redundant, everyone already has one.
How do you become a member of this organization.

The rule is to help one another as you help yourself, and if you believe in God, help God even more.

No, only for those who believe. That’s even the most famous quote from the bible — “God so loved the world that he sent his only son so that whoever believes has eternal life. And those who don’t believe are condemned.” Something like that.

That’s just tupid :3
So let’s say I lived in some remote village with no TV, radio or newspapers; farming, hunting, basically providing myself with everything, living in harmony with nature. Just because I wouldn’t come into contact with any of the Jesus believers I will be condemned?? Bollocks!

? You don’t have to play the game if you don’t like the rules. Cussing at it doesn’t change it.
