recipes or sites with recipes that make good leftovers?

i would look it up myself but i have been running in circles for the past 2 hrs trying to.

i just started my first job and it’s a fulltime accounting job. been there for about 3 months and i’m already exhausted.
i recently realized i have been eating only lunch and snacking throughout the day sometimes. that much be the reason i’m so tired.

i don’t really know how to shop smart for good food let alone even know what to buy when i go grocery shopping. im not use to having to eat more than lunch and snacking throughout the day. and on top of that i’m not use to having to pack convenient lunches that r filling and healthy.

i have access to a microwave and fridge at work.

any ideas on what i should make and/or buy?

yea..thanks for the smartass reply. did you ever think that maybe i TRIED that already? none of the websites were good. i was hoping for some advice from someone who actually cooks food and uses the leftovers for lunch at work. not “advice” from someone who makes guesses and blogs about what they think would be good.

No, because I’m not a mind reader and you didn’t tell anything about.
