If it’s the x-box dead island all you have to do is contact Microsoft and they can fix the problem so your code will work again unless you have a pirated copy.

It’s a pc version and it’s the real version bought in a store. I just decided to contact Steam to see if they’d help me out because I thought even with pc versions, the code should work at least twice.

nope - the code only works once - it ties the game into your steam account

all you need to do is log into the steam account that you originally purchased the game with (rather than a new one) and you are away :)

I bought a hard copy of the game at Best Buy. And when I log into my Steam account and look at my games it shows every game but Dead Island. And even when I tried to load it it was like this game has been loaded and it sent an email to my email. But my game is not on my Steam account anywhere.

It just annoying that it tells me the game is on my account and the game isn’t.

if it was there then the only people that can help would be steam themselves…
