First, see your local Episcopal priest for help with some expenses. Ask for help in getting a decent job.

Go after the bugs tooth and nail–get some of those bug bombs and set them off. Don’t stay in the house for 48 hours. Repeat after two weeks to get the bugs that have hatched since the first treatment.

Go to court and file for child support.

Don’t give up . . . things WILL get better!

thank you, already went to churches in elberton, can’t really work or I would have already gotten a job though there’s not a whole lot around here ( I never learned to drive so I can’t leave the area anyways I get rides when I’m lucky ) currently waiting for my friends to actually open a restaurant here in town, I’d be cleaning once they open so I can start some form work, which if it’s real would be a big help because I can take my son there with me while I work. I don’t know about episcopal priests. .? but not many local churches will help here, looked into a few of them but after all this is bowman >. as for the bugs we’d bombed the house four or five times it just makes them very happy; once I get things straight I can hire someone local who can kill them in two treatments. .he charges like 25 dollars a month but currently because of the high bills I was left with I have to play catch up and can’t afford his small fee. I get child support, he refuses/doesn’t pay,only got locked up once for it so far but they usually keep most of whatever he gives them so it’s no real help. .If I’d taken him to court myself I heard I’d been getting more/it directly but I don’t have the money for lawyers and stuff. thanks for your response.

Are you renting, and if you are, does your landlord know about the bug problem?

During the daytime when it is really hot, go to your local public library, sit with your child in the children’s section, and let him quietly play with the toys and look at books while you read the job listings and enjoy the AC. You said you would be able to clean your friends’ restaurant if they open it? Why not place an ad on Craigslist offering cleaning services?

Does your community have something like Community Action Group? They often provide home assistance; they might be able to help with your infestation.

I’m a single mother my son’s father has never once seen his son let alone wanted to, he hasn’t been paying child support either, though they’ve locked him up before and he paid to get out they take most of it to repay tanff the amount of money I get each month barely pays my bills, my AC recently went out and I have no food I’m on food stamps and it would have been enough but a childhood friend of mine wrecked my house and It took me three - four days to clean up the mess and now have A HUGE bug problem, I’m not asking for money, though that’d be nice so I could pay bills off completely >.< I need food, and furniture I don't have a washer or dryer, I was given my old furniture back by my mom recently so I have that and stuff at least.
