How are you supposed to just forget about someone that you still love?

We were together for almost ten years when she told me she didn’t love me anymore. It’s been eight months but I still think of her when I get up, before I go to sleep, and in my dreams. I just don’t know how to get over her.

Personally, I would give it some time. After a little while, I would let him/her know how you still feel. I am personally am a big believer in fate. I believe that if you two are meant to be together, give it some time, and let them know how you feel

If I don’t talk to her for a while, I feel like I’m getting over her, but then she will call about something stupid, and it just bring all the feelings back. That makes it very hard to deal with. We were together for almost 10 years… It has been almost 9 months since we split up… I never thought breaking up wuld hurt for so long…. Thanks for your replies
