When you have lost motivation what do you do to get it back?
I am feeling like life can not get any better. I am NOT suicidal just feeling down and I am tired of feeling down. Seems like when I try to do things it doesn’t work out so now I’m to the point where I feel if I try I am setting myself up for another disappointment. Any advice/feedback is appreciated.
