My case is currently at the labour court and under review, all documentation has been submitted. I recently recieved new documentation/evidence that could sway the whole case. What do I do with the evidence I have?

Present it to the Counsel there. Tell them you just recieved it and it could have a serious impact on the case. They may request several copies of what you have so if you can make a run of at least 3 copies and present it!

Good Luck!

If not and the case does not go in your favor you will need to file an appeal to re submit your case with new information!

Do you have representation helping you?
