advice help: Hi. - Help.com

Hi.

I’m grown up (29 years old, female) but year ago I fell in love with my teacher (English courses) as sometimes schoolkids do. He’s single, 52 years old from other country and I don’t know how to confess. It’s quite hard for me to speak with him since language barrier but I understand him well. Please give me some advice.

The age differance is fine but the fact that he is your teacher is a big problem and he could loose his job if something between the two of you happen!

It is best that you keep your feelings to your self to be honest!

Maybe some where down the road when you are out of school you will run into him and see what happens then. But for now it really could hurt his career and life as a teacher.

I can leave the courses or go to another teacher with ease even today - so my feeling can’t spoil his career. And I’m not a child. So it’s not a problem. The problem is that I’m afraid.
