I don’t know if he’s joking with me or not?

My birthday is in a few days… and i was just joking around and asking him what he will get for me for my bday… he asked if I still wanted the ram for my computer and I said no because my friend is gonna buy me it for mt present. I told him this few weeks ago thats its ok, I don’t need expensive stuff. I don’t want his parents to think i’m a gold digger anyways… But but, he told me he has not gotten my present yet. Is he joking with me? if he knew i needed ram, shouldn’t he have asked what brand i needed?

He said not to worry he will get it for me in a few days and that he been really really really busy. yea he’s usually pretty busy working full time and working at a on-called job too and doing other stuff for parents and running errands. Yet I barely complain. But he’s joking right. My bday has always been crappy and I always wanted to be special yet, I always tell myself that it doesn;t matter cuz my bday is always crappy anyways… I don’t have much friends or much friends to spend it with anyways. But really inside, i always wanted at least one special bday and I don’t think he planned it out…

i can;t help but to tear up… i don’t know why…i usually dread my bdays to a point where i either forget or just don’t want to remember. btw we been together since feb so yea… in case you wondering how long we been together

I’ve heard examples of this where the boyfriend pretended to forget the birthday and when the girlfriend was really sad, he got a special box out of his pocket and proposed to her.

lol thx guys. And he knows who my friend is btw. I guess I will just wait… However in the beginning of our relationship he kept asking what I was gonna do for his birthday and what I was gonna get him. I didn’t really ask him about mines… Then when it got closer to his bday he didn’t really care much about his bday, he said it’s not that special or anything. He just got super happy that his family gave me lots of money and stuff. like $4k? That’s hella… I got him a LV scarf. He’s always talks about what he wants and its very expensive. But I got that for him since he got me a gucci wallet and other stuff as well.
