Well do you know why it hurts? and all you can really do is just talk to your family sit them all down , pray to god about turning your family and let your family know you love them, take them to church…(sorry im not sure if it will help its just what i would do)

And try to convince them to be atheists. They’ll be offended like people always are if you try to pressure them about religion beliefs, so they’ll naturally become god-believers to resist your persuasions.

You should not try to proselytize the members of your family. A family conflict is preprogrammed with.
Leave them in peace!

Concerning your belly:
How and where EXACTLY does it hurt? Is it the stomach, the bowel, the muscle — or what? When and why did it happen? After drinking, eating, exercising or doing sport?
