laptop help: Prompting a built-in webcam. - Help.com

Prompting a built-in webcam.

I would like to make youtube videos on drawing, but i do not have any cameras of my own or tripod. I would like to know how to promt my laptop so the camera will face straight down, without doing damage to the laptop itself, and where I am able to have use of mainly everything on the laptop with easy access.
