Im 26 years old, Ivy Tech college sent me a letter

back after i applied and said that because i am brain injured i cannot go to college, is there anyone that could please help me by sending me an email or something?

It seems to me, that this dismissal is against the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Student Non-Discrimination Act of 2011.
