desperately need a doctor?

so i have no insurance, and i make to much money for the state to help me.

what would be the exact steps i need to take

to get a Doctors official written explanation of my specific condition?
i believe i already know whats wrong, all i want is it written out from a “professional”

um, don’t you want to get treated rather than just a written explanation?

Would be difficult to find help there where you live — in nowhere land.

Your county clinic or hospital should have a thing called limited liability. You apply for it, and they determine how much you have to pay by looking at how much you earn. On top of that, your county hospital/clinic should be pretty cheap to begin with. That will cut your expenses down to a minimum.

At the same time, please note that most doctors will send you for labs to confirm the diagnosis- otherwise they open themselves up to all sorts of liability issues. So, it is unlikely that you will only require a single office visit to get this done. This will increase your costs based on the number and expense of the testing required. Again, though - applying for limited liability will help defray the costs for most people.

What is wrong? Is it something so serious that you need a doctor right away? Or could you research your condition and treat it homeopathicly?
But I will say its better if you at least see a doctor to diagnose what could be wrong and have advise on how to correct it. You could have symptoms of one thing, but it be something else. Its always best to check on these things.
It probably will end up costing you some money to do this, unless its something long term, then you need to get insurance. As far as affording it, well, your health is pretty valuable.
