Don’t be sad. Find something that you enjoy doing, no matter how small. Colour in a picture, blow bubbles, listen to music, take a walk. Things will get better

Know what you mean lol the only time I feel at peace is when I’m asleep, i think i’ve just learnt to accept that some things in life are ineviatable and there’s nothing you can do to stop it.
