I am throwing together a care package for a friend who is going to college for the first time in September.

I want it to be pretty special. I want to include things that will help make her college dorm home-like, but that will also encompass memories we have together. I need ideas!!!

pictures would be a good idea. incorperate things she likes into there, such as favorite candy, etc… I have had people send me pictures, cds, movies, etc. definitely write a note and put it in there. jewelry is also a good idea. maybe a rug that matches the stuff she has in the room. when i wonder what to get for others, i cruze around wal-mart or target and just look to see if i find something that would be perfect. or think about what she loves to do, such as sports.. maybe send a something that incorporates that. stuffed animals are also a good idea, because everytime she sees it, she will think of you. snacks are always good also.
