i don’t have friends, i have awful social anxiety, i don’t drink and don’t party so it makes it extremely hard to meet people…
my family never knew about how i felt, we’ve never really been close

you dont have to drink and party to make friends, what are your interests? why not join a club and meet people there?

tried..all the people i could meet were way older than me, i’m 20…most people my age party when they socialise…

That’s not a prob, you can still go to a party and not drink alcohol if you don’t like. Just relax and listen to music with a coke, and wait for someone to open up to you themselves. (PS: parties have all the drunk ladies lol …ok sorry, just motivating him)

try getting a pet they are great company and you will never feel alone !
try a cowboy church come as you are and enjoy
find a horse stable and hang out horses are great for people !
You will have a ton of friends before you know it
