how do i get rid of mystart search engine?

Everytime i try to search the web, this program pops up. I do not like it and want it to go . I went to tools and manage search engines and deleted it from the list. google is my default search engine, and mystart claims to be powered by google, but its just not the same. i have google chrome and even when i am not searching with google, mystart still pops up. Its really starting to make me mad. anyone know how to get rid of it??
